Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Every product is custom printed through Printify and shipped directly to you. We don’t keep inventory or sit on any stock — this helps reduce waste and ensures that every order is freshly made just for you.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at carlycatalana@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with Printify to make it right.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days, though production times can vary depending on the product and print partner. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We currently ship within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S., please reach out — we’re exploring options to expand shipping internationally soon.

Will my order arrive branded from Return Address Shop?

No — all items are unbranded and shipped directly from our print partners via Printify. You’ll receive a beautifully printed product without extra packaging or labeling. We focus on design, quality, and simplicity.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because each order goes into production soon after it’s placed, we can only make changes within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we’re unable to modify or cancel. If you made a mistake, email carlycatalana@gmail.com right away — we’ll do our best to help before your item is produced.

Who fulfills and ships my order?

All products are fulfilled and shipped by Printify, a print-on-demand platform that works with trusted U.S. print providers. They handle printing, packing, and delivery, ensuring your item arrives safely and as described.

Can I personalize an item?

Currently, our designs are not customizable to maintain the integrity of each collection. However, we occasionally release limited customizable designs — follow us on Instagram [@returnaddressshop] or join our mailing list for updates.

If your tracking number hasn’t updated for several days or your package hasn’t arrived in the expected window, please contact us. We’ll coordinate with Printify to investigate and ensure your order is resolved as quickly as possible.
